BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

GRAPPLING

Wrestling, Judo and Jiu-Jitsu promotes the concept that a person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying takedowns, throws, traps & controls, joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person.

MMA

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

(MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports. We use Wrestling, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Sambo, Functional Training and Cardio-Conditioning in order to develope complete Fighters.

WRESTLING

STRIKING

Boxing, Muay Thai, and Tae-Kwon-Do are used to keep combat in the standing position and is used to develope your speed, accuracy and power too knock out an opponent using your hands, elbows, knees, shins or feet. Ground & Pound uses striking techniques in a downed position.

For those who like their own time to work specific fitness or martial arts goals, If group classes intimidate you or you can't make the times of our structured classes, then Personal / Private training is available for you.
